Two Pittsburghers in Hollywood:
Into the West Saturday Night
After walking around, we got ready for dinner. I'd arranged to meet Bobbi Armbruster, who brought along her husband Warren. They took us to the Pig 'N Whistle, a classic Hollywood bar and restaurant. It turned out Warren works for the Directors Guild, so we spent a long time talking abut movies and movie awards.
Bobbi and Warren dropped us off at the Hollywood Athletic Club, so we could go to the "Into the West" party, a kind of "warm-up" party for the net day's events. We enjoyed it, but as it had been a very long day, and tomorrow would be a much longer day, we left early.
