Activities do not run 24 hours per day in the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Expect that you will not be able to get into the PCC any earlier than 8:30am and must clear out no later than 11:00pm. Some activities, particularly on the 4th floor of the Marriott, will be open 24-hours per day.
